About the Company & Role:
A small community NFP based in Caulfield are seeking an experienced PA to work closely with the founder and assist him with all PA duties. Situated within newly refurbished offices with free parking on-site this role would suit a candidate who is seeking around 25-30 hours per week within a very family friendly environment.
Your duties will include:
Diary/Time management
Email management
Assist the Founder with his projects and priorities
Event Planning and coordinating
Assist with all office procedures
Skills and requirements:
Ideally experienced in a similar PA/EA Role
Very organised with strong communication skills
Experience in planning and running events
Happy to work in small community charity
Are you seeking a part time role that's around 25-30 hours per week?
Are you an experienced PA seeking to work within an NFP organisation and work closely with a very busy and highly motivated, passionate and energetic Founder!
