Job description

Ability to manage small team

Effectively communicate with customers and staff

Understand and maintain protocols of food safety and responsible serving of alcohol

Assist with front of house training, supervising staff

Lead and inspire team.

Exceptional customer skills

manage day to day running of wine bar and restaurant including ordering and receiving stock.

Ability to work under pressure

Proficiency in automated EPOS System preferred

Part-time hours: 38 per week
