Darryl Vine formed the company in 2004. Currently CEO and Director of Operations and Compliance he has the living experience as a recovered alcoholic with over 29 years of abstinence and quality in his life. His inspirational story has been mentioned in the chapters of various self-help groups and environment and is currently writing his life story as an inspiration for others to follow his pathway.

Divine Living Solutions Limited is about the hope experience and strength of people like Darryl in the community that fall through the gaps of welfare and society. Our company provides these disadvantaged people an opportunity for change and understanding to take place in their lives. A changing effect can instil major confidence in an individual that creates healthy self-esteem with their focus and desire centring on a new found hope. To enable the change to occur we need a high level professional who understands this disadvantaged problem in society and can assist the company to grow and reach its vision in the community for these people.

Position Summary

The Administration Officer/Receptionist is responsible for the front-line reception of the services as the company operates parallel to the vision and structure of the company values and constitution.

We require a highly motivated individual that has outstanding experience with Not-For-Profit companies and clearly aligns with the vision of the company.

To facilitate the smooth functioning of the administration and reception part of the services and organisation in collaboration with the CEO. Enhancing the growth of the company. This role is a permanent full time paid position but has the capacity to develop into a management position over time based on performance, knowledge and experience.

Reports to: CEO

Direct Reports: CEO

Compliance: In liaison with the CEO, ensure compliance with funding body requirements, and all other relevant legal requirements, for example as required by the legislation around Incorporated Associations, Register of Cultural Organisations, etc.

Finance: In liaison with the CEO, to provide regular database reports as directed by the CEO, develop, monitor all correspondence and documentation in line with duties of position that aligns with company vision and direction , follow the company values and constitution, prepare and arrange booking of clients, collection of fees from clients, phone management system. Identify and assess any risk or safety factors in the reception environment and manage client complaints that align to the policy and procedure of the company for continuous improvement

Networks and Relationships: Represent Divine Living Solutions Limited within the reception and administration, corporate and/or community networks. Forge and maintain high-level relationships with stakeholders, government, business, the philanthropic sector, including potential sponsors and patrons.

Strategic Planning

To maintain a professional approach whilst representing Divine Living Solutions Limited and adhere to the core values and vision of the company.

Measurement:

A regular database is monitored with all service programs and kept updated with a discussion conducted with the CEO for any changes or additional information added to the services/programs.

Essential Selection Criteria:

High level administration skills and experience in reception work relevant to non-profit companies, covering the areas of responsibility listed above and experience in creating and maintaining databases and reception ethical behavior preferably in the health and community sector

To have the ability to work in collaboration within teams and autonomous including the ability to follow direction from the CEO.

Interest in, and understanding of, issues faced by people with a disability, social disadvantage, plus general societal issues including substance use and change

Knowledge of, and networks in, health, community, disability, local government and corporate and community sectors

Experience in and passion for, health and change, addiction, behavior management and personal development

Tertiary Qualifications in Administration, Reception with Non-Profit Organisations and Community/Corporate environments
