The Opportunity and Team
In Bega Dairy & Drinks Supply Chain, we are empowered to deliver high quality products to our customers safely and on time. We are currently looking for a Logistics Admin Coordinator to join the team at Chelsea Heights, Victoria.
You will be responsible for administration duties including ordering of PPE and supplies, administering Chep pallet accounts, invoice reconciliation, general reporting and general administrative duties as required.

This is a rare part time opportunity of 30 hours per week. Ideally we would like you to work across Monday to Friday, however the days of work and start / finish times can be flexible to fit around family or personal commitments.

Reporting to the DC & Depot Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the day to day administrative duties for the Vic Logistics team
  • Administering and pro-actively managing the Chep pallet account and reporting
  • Reconciling transport invoices
  • Preparing daily reporting as required (payroll, KPI’s, Safety Audits, Inventory)
  • Maintaining and filing paperwork
  • Supporting the returns and credit process
  • Crate ordering and reconciliation
  • Using the TMS system to provide DOT reporting
  • Generating reports from LMS
  • Acting as key contact for central inventory governance team
  • Managing the administrative component of the Chelsea safety audit process and completing a minimum of 1 audit per month
  • Updating monthly safety reports, reporting on overdue CAPA’s and administering PPE ordering

This role would suit someone who loves administration, with exceptional attention to detail, planning and organisation skills, and a strong understanding of office reporting and administration practices. It goes without saying you take ownership of issues to ensure positive outcomes.

Ideally you may already be working within a logistics, administration or perhaps already manage a Chep account. Experience with Microsoft Excel is expected, with knowledge of SAP and Power BI preferred.
