Fantastic opportunity to join our busy studio working in the dynamic Sport & Entertainment industry.

To step into our small but passionate team, you’re going to need energy… and lots of it. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn and who’s not afraid to have a crack at just about anything.

Work with us on some of the biggest brands and most high-profile sponsorships in the country! You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our creative producer manage the roll out of client projects large and small, and in prioritising daily workloads, supporting production and managing creative budgets & timelines. Our work spans print, social, digital, video and almost everything in between. No two days are ever quite the same at Gemba!

Ideally, you’ll have a passion for creative while your skills may lean more to helping others deliver great work with your fantastic organisation skills and attention to detail. You’re a team player who shows genuine initiative and has the ability to take on a few projects at once, while being able to prioritise and deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.

Desired skills, attitude and experience for the position include:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Design, Marketing, Advertising - Preferable
Basic understanding of creative development
Sponsorship, sports or entertainment industry experience also advantageous
Your excellent communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail will set you apart from other applicants
Passion and basic understanding of the studio creative process
Basic MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word skills
Basic Google Drive/Docs knowledge
Basic understanding of project management requirements (timelines, finance etc)
Ability to work well under pressure
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to maintain internal and external relationships
Strong ability to prioritise workload and delegate responsibilities
Working with Children Check
Police Check
