Foreman/Site Supervisor - minimum 2+ years experience in managing and overseeing small and large scale commercial landscaping projects for hard/softscapes, open spaces, retaining walls and streetscapes

Description

• Effectively lead team to carry out work orders
• Be responsible for work forces performance and meeting deadlines
• Carry out regular progress updates to management
• Lead teams training and progression within the company
• Toolbox talks and delivering a clear message of site plans

Profile

• Minimum 2+ years as a Supervisor or Foreman
• Hands on approach but able to lead a team
• Proven experience as a leader within the landscaping industry
• Strong landscaping background
• Australian working rights are essential
