An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing business. We are seeking a full time Licensed Conveyancer and are willing to consider flexible working hours. An attractive salary is on offer as well as a company bonus for the successful candidate.

Duties include:

  • Preparing contracts and drafting correspondence
  • Running conveyancing files from initial instruction to settlement
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other stakeholders
  • Proficient experience in e-conveyancing transactions on PEXA and Duties Online
  • Other duties as requested by the directors and managers

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum two-year experience working in conveyancing
  • Salary varies depending on experience

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
