Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with clients across telephone, email, web chat and social media channels to help process applications and provide solutions to enquiries
• Promote efficiency and identify business opportunities to improve the customers' experience
• Go above and beyond to ensure customers' needs and expectations are not just met, but surpassed
• Provide high quality and the best-in-class service to our clients
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Eager to learn and participate in financial markets, including foreign exchange, global share indices, commodities and cyrtocurrencies
• Strong focus on providing the best customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable with a strong sense of integrity
• Committed to a long-term career within the company, who will support your growth and professional developments as you progress
• Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Bilingual (desirable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• RG146 compliance favourable, if not this training can be provided
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate
