About the position

We are seeking an experienced software Iteration Manager with a passion for agile software development, particularly SCRUM. This role includes leading cross-functional resources where you will provide relevant business context for Agile software to development teams and lead teams through planning, execution and delivery of projects within a time-boxed SCRUM framework.

About the role:
Drive one or more Scrum Teams as the Iteration Manager
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project. Create and manage requirements in the forms of Epics, Themes and Stories.
Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum best practices and values
Partnering with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Lead the planning of product releases and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Understanding of Product Life Cycle Management
Understanding and knowledge of ERP or business software development.
Understanding of the ERP or business market, the stakeholders, and the roadmap for the product
Collaborate and communicate with Stakeholders requirement dependencies, issues or risks identified.
Managing competing business and stakeholder demands and liaising with management to deliver successful outcomes.
About you
A minimum of 6 years’ experience working as an Iteration Manager / Agile Project Manager in a technology environment
Solid Agile experience in the software industry
Understanding of technology
Knowledge and background in ERP solutions
Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams.
