Tasked with driving profitable sales behaviour by focusing on loyalty, satisfaction and retention; creating a culture where the customer is the hero in accordance with our wider business strategy.

How do I fit in with this?

With our mission to make the customer a hero we're looking for an exceptional and talented EA / Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy CSO & Sales Leadership team.

Responsible for diary & travel management, mailbox control and all correspondence and communication in this space, you'll play a key role in establishing new effective ways of engagement and lines of communication that support the CSO & Sales operating model helping to drive critical business outcomes.

What do I need to have?

A background in C-suite support
Experience in a highly diverse and rapid pace environment in order to meet that demands of a growing and fast-paced media/ tech organisation
Exceptional organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder demands
An adaptive work style to successfully support both a CSO & demanding sales leadership team with the ability to take direction whilst also implementing your own ideas and using your initiative
A strong team player mentality, we're a true family at oOh! with collaboration and inclusion at the forefront and pivotal to our success
A growth mindset and true curiosity/ willingness to learn the media space and be a brand ambassador for the Customer space
A strong EQ and effective communication style that suits all levels of the business
