About the company; 
We are currently aligned with a well-known contractor seeking an experienced HVAC projects manager due to growth.
They offer a family-owned environment, consultative working culture, a strong engineering department & strongly priced projects. 
This role will evolve into a management role as they are seeking a strong senior PM to join an already strong construction team. 

About you; 
You will ideally have three to five years of project management experience delivering commercial HVAC & fit-out projects in Australia. 
The key experience will be working with chilled water, VRV, VRF & medium-sized HVAC projects.

Day to Day activities & Selection Criteria;

• Managing all onsite finances, progress claims, & variations 
• Managing onsite labour, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monthly reporting to internal senior management & clients
• Onsite safety & progress meetings 
• Mechanical HVAC/ Air conditioning qualification 
• Current Australia Divers license 
• Two to fives years experience delivering turn-key HVAC projects from $500k - $10 million 
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management
• Strong computer literacy
