This is an offer with an all-round civil contractor that has been established for 7 years. The company are involved with earthworks and detailed excavation for major developments with tier 2 and one companies in Sydney. They are expanding steadily and now require an additional senior project engineer or project manager with established networks and experience in the Sydney market. You will be given full responsibility for your projects. 

They require an individual that will assist in all aspects of delivery as well as leveraging relationships to gain access to EOI's on tenders to contribute to the further expansion of the business. Your career and fiscal acceleration will be broadened with the company. You will be getting involved now when they are on an increased expansion so you will be one of the most senior people in the business moving forward.

Requirements for the role:

• 5-10 years with a civil contractor - Earthworks preferential 
• Delivery of a variety of civil projects 
• Based in Sydney with top reputation with Tier 1/2 contractors
• Excellent client relationships 
• Proven experience with monthly reports and forecasting
• Projects valued from $1m-$10m 
• Career ambition, top work ethic, hunger to advance and succeed

The position will work alongside the director and established construction management team. You will be part of the upper management team and you will form part of the expansion of the business.
