Having undergone a significant and sustainable expansion of its business through recent acquisitions, Mitolo Family Farms offer the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join its brushed potato growing and packing operation based in Hillston – New South Wales.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced farm operators, we are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn and interested in large scale potato production. These are permanent full time positions working within a small and successful team, involved in all aspects of farming from ground preparation to harvesting at our Hillston potato farms. 

Experience in potato production would be an advantage but not essential,

The successful applicant would have attention to detail with a can do attitude and will need to demonstrate experience and competence in:

• Operating tractors with GPS guidance systems
• General farm and plant maintenance
• Chemical Handling Certificate
• Good communication skills
• Forklift Licence
• Driver’s Licence
