Abloom Landscapes is experiencing growth and expanding our team. We are in search of a Team Leader: Garden Maintenance Division. Work on the beautiful North Shore and Northern Beaches of Sydney with a great team.

This is a full time position with great conditions and wages. Immediate start. You will have access to a company vehicle and all tools are provided.

Abloom Landscapes and Property Maintenance has been serving Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches (of Sydney) since 2003. Our expertise is residential and body corporate gardens. Qualifications & experience

• A Trade qualification such as Horticulture and/or Landscape Construction
• Minimum 5 years experience
• A good work ethic, always striving for the highest possible standards in garden maintenance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Be reliable
• Drivers Licence essential
• White card
• Knowledge of a digital scheduler (e.g. Tradify) is an advantage but not essential as training can be provided
• and also to be physically fit and healthy as heavy lifting is sometimes required.
