THE ROLE
Working remotely on a part-time basis, you will use this business’s unique technology and product suite to produce remote residential valuations.

Using your experience, expertise, and strong attention to detail you will accurately apply the use of property data, analytics, mapping, and imagery to produce remote residential valuations. With a focus on providing a high-quality service, you will ensure that the reports your produce adequately manage potential risk.

You will also be encouraged to have input into improvements to the business’s current and future products and to apply your curious and questioning mindset to potential solutions.


THE PERSON
We are seeking Valuers who are looking to work part-time for 4 - 5 hours per day. Hours can vary depending on your schedule. The right person for this role is someone who is juggling other commitments and looking for flexibility or is just ready to make a change and leave behind the frustrations/stress associated with traffic, management, administration, and believes there is a better way to do things in the residential valuation space.

Required experience includes:

• Minimum five years’ experience post CPV
• Significant experience completing residential valuations in Sydney
• Knowledge of and experience using technology, property data platforms, and residential valuation workflows
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to critically review and evaluate property data, analytics, mapping, and imagery
