JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Area Manager for our expanding Soccer Coaching company.
The job is suitable for a soccer loving, ambitious individual who is driven to progress confident working within a team environment.
The role is extremely varied & flexible with a rewarding commission package on offer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sourcing new partners / venues
- Hiring / Training staff
- Overseeing a team of Soccer coaches
- Planning Soccer programs for children ages 5 - 12 years old of mixed abilities
- Being in close contact with Senior Management based in SEQ
- Leading Soccer coaching sessions for children aged 5 - 12 years old
The successful candidate will start on a retainer + incentives for an initial probation period. After the probation period the role will develop into a commission + paid hours agreement.
Ideally candidates would have previous soccer coaching experience in addition to experience managing staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
