Join a reputable South Australian owned company within the manufacturing industry and complete an exciting traineeship providing administration support. This fulltime opportunity will gain you a nationally accredited Certificate III in Business, allow you to get hands-on experience, paid training, and continuous mentoring.
Throughout this 12-month role you will work across all areas of the office including customer service, sales and finance, enabling you to get skills in a variety of tasks to assist boost your office career!
Duties:
- Provide customer service and support written and verbally
- Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries
- Processing of customer orders and invoices
- Data entry
- Monitor and respond to mail and email correspondence
- Provide administration support with document copying, scanning, and filing
- Use of relevant industry-based computer packages
About You:
- Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Thrive working under pressure
- Great computer and typing skills
- A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
Role Requirements:
- Current drivers licence- P or C class with reliable vehicle
- Previous customer service experience (food based desirable)
- Strong computer knowledge
- Satisfactorily pass pre-employment physical and medical assessment
- Police clearance or willing to obtain
