Job Description
Are you a new business hunter, keen to establish and drive sales and develop a new market? Do you have a proven track record in large law, government or corporate sales?
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for establishing and growing Thomson Reuters Dispute Resolution Solutions business in Asia and Emerging Markets across products including Caselines, C-Track and Resolve Dispute Online. You will need to be capable of having both sales and technical conversations (fully supported by our tech teams and with exceptional training) and driving the proposition into sales conversations.
This is an opportunity to carve a new market and really make your mark. Your key priorities will be new business development and building increasing value within the clients you establish to achieve overall revenue targets.
About The Role
In this opportunity as Sales Specialist - Caselines, you will:
- Achieve annual new sales quotas and other agreed performance indicators by securing sales of Caselines Evidence Management solution and other agreed solutions
- Undertake market opportunity, competitor and customer need analysis to develop and maintain go to market and territory plans
- Play a key role in defining Asia and Emerging Markets forward looking strategy for Dispute Resolution/Digital Courts alongside regional and global strategy and proposition teams
- Drive and maintain sales pipeline at agreed levels of coverage and quality and undertake regular sales reporting
- Establish and manage partnerships to strengthen Thomson Reuters Dispute Resolution / Digital Courts capabilities
You’re a fit for the role of Sales Specialist - Caselines if you have:
- Practical experience working in, or servicing the ANZ court and dispute resolution market or have sold legal / Document Management solutions into large law and the Courts
- Existing relationships with suppliers to the court and dispute resolution market is ideal
- Proven track record in business development and delivery of software sales targets
- Ability to develop and nurture high functioning partnership relationships
