What This Opportunity Involves-

We’re looking for a Head of BI Customer Success and Advisory – APAC, who is a confident self-starter, to join our successful JLL Technologies (JLLT) team, a leading provider of Technical Solutions.

You will build and set the strategic direction for customers, and be responsible for helping our customer achieve success through value realization of our full suite of JLLT's platform products and services.

Snapshot of the role-

  • Proactively identify opportunities to help customers extract value from the JLLT Data & Analytics platform by aligning products and services
  • Responsible for elevating our customers to trusted partner/advisor relationship
  • Drive improved customer experience through every service interaction including Customer Success activities (including on-boarding, product support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, expansion, churn etc.)
  • Implement strategies to create, influence and improve upon Customer Experience Management through CXM platforms

Familiarity with machine-learning technologies and tools, such as big data stack, Python, R, and visualization techniques is advantageous!
