We are a private family dental practice located in the north -east suburbs of Melbourne. We are seeking an outgoing, motivated person who is team oriented and enjoys working within a clinical culture.

The successful applicant must have:

- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written - Possess good people management skills

- Are eager to learn and willing to undertake training and education

- Be able to work efficiently during busy periods - Have great phone skills

- Be competent with new technology

- Have great dexterity to help with in house labwork (bleaching trays, mouthguards, retainers etc)

If you have an eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing roles, you will enjoy this position.

Dental assisting experience is essential, reception experience can be taught, but the applicant must be willing to learn and be be computer literate with a minimum of intermediate level Word and Excel, and knowledge of software "Dental for Windows" will be advantageous.

The role will initially be part time, however for the right candidate a full time role once the initial probation period has passed will be available.
