About The Role

You will be partnering with Dental professionals to promote and sell Implant systems within a territory of Melbourne, increasing market share and penetration whilst maintaining and developing favourable client relationships. You will have the support and assistance of the Sales Manager and allied colleagues to execute the following;

  • Manage client accounts, lead generation and achieving sales targets and growth;
  • Build strong customer relationships across all levels within the dental environment through a consultative approach;
  • Presentations and demonstrations to dentists and other clinic employees;
  • Completion of various reports and analysis, responding to changes, market trends and competitor activities;
  • Maintaining up to date product knowledge through self-directed learning and proactive involvement in training and market research; and;
  • Work with your colleagues to identify and leverage opportunities across Dentsply Sirona.

You will be required to participate in activities outside normal business hours to meet your clients' needs.

About You

This role will suit someone with;

A professional attitude and a passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive field;
The initiative and drive to work autonomously with successful territory management or key account management;
A hunger to drive sales results to new levels;
Strong communication and relationship skills; and
Proficiency in the use of word, excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.
