The venue is known for Weddings, Events and one of the Hunter Valley's most respected Restaurants.
Identified as a hospitality 'go to' for relaxed and personal service, complimented by the Kitchens culinary creations inspired by the finest local and kitchen garden produce.

Travelers of all sorts come and go, from corporate groups visiting for the week, to local residents popping in for a wine with friends, to the venue being flipped in to a stunning wedding venue.

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader that can bring experience and quality service to drive a close knit team.
Reporting directly to F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless guest services from Restaurant to event spaces

The candidate:
  • Previous management experience is essential, contemporary/premium venue background preferred

  • Sound F&B knowledge, including local food trends, good wine knowledge, and understanding of your local hospitality market
