This position is based in Sydney, Australia.


Job Description

You will be responsible for all Office Management, including effectively managing all related functions of the office including travel, supporting customer service and ensuring smooth day to day operations across our Support Office while always ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently to a high standard of service.

This is a part time 25 hour role in which the successful candidate should be available Monday to Friday standard business hours with the ability to have a flexible working pattern. There is scope for the weekly hours to increase over time should the business see the need for this.


Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal presentation standards are maintained across the Office Environment, including Reception, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms
  • Purchasing and maintaining office supplies, catering, stationary and or equipment
  • Work closely with Functions to coordinate the Induction of new team members in SO
  • Regularly maintain and ensure all centralised tools are being utilized and updated as required
  • Proactively liaise with all functions in order to support and facilitate internal and external events
  • Coordinate and support Facilities Function with maintenance requirements
  • Manage all incoming invoices are processed in a timely manner
  • Be the central point of contact for all Travel management requirements
  • Administer and maintain all Travel profiles and ensure travel booking system is kept up to date
