An ASX leader within the financial services space who are going through a major digital transformation, are looking to grow their product team further and are looking for an experienced Product Manager with knowledge of the financial services sector to join.

This business are doing through a transformation to deliver a leading banking experience for its users, and they want people to be a part of the changing customer proposition. 

The role

You will play an integral role in driving the transformation and introducing customer-centricity solutions. 

Things you will do:

• Drive development and implementation of market leading products, journeys and processes to deliver the transformation strategy.
• End to end product lifecycle and owning accountability for the Deposits portfolio.
• Identification of product initiatives to drive acquisition and product experiences. 
• Work with stakeholders to drive change.
• Deliver key insights on industry landscape. 

• Experience within the Fintech sector, ideally within a neobank / startup / scaleup.
• Demonstrated evidence of delivering successful product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management. 
• Experience owning implementing across the full product lifecyle.
