We are currently seeking a Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess the qualification in Certificate IV Ageing Support for the upcoming program in Hobart, Tasmania

Position Responsibilities:

• Follow the course curriculum to deliver and assess the respective course in an efficient and effective manner
• Using range of adult and youth learning strategies to engage
• Monitor student activity and ensure they are provided with support for satisfactory course progress
• Contribute to the development of courses in a team environment to foster a culture that embraces continuous improvement and best practice
• Monitor the use of resources and contribute to their improvement
• Build and maintain client relationships

Mandatory Requirements:

• Certificate III or higher qualification in Ageing Support.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, equivalent or Higher level of qualifications.
• Relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous vocational education and training experience with international students. (Preferred)
