JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dedicated and energetic assistant accountant to join the team at Seed Terminator. In this newly created role, reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, BAS preparation and supporting finance team. Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable - process invoices, prepare payments, reconcile creditor statements and prepare supplier account application forms
  • Accounts Receivable - prepare customer invoices and statements, receipt customer payments into Xero, follow up outstanding debtors
  • Bank and account reconciliation
  • BAS preparation
  • Administration - general support to CEO, Sales Manager and Finance Manager, assist in developing and documenting processes and procedures and assist in projects, as required.
