We are seeking to fill the position of a

Service Transformation Manager, APAC


Purpose of the position:

The Service Transformation Manager APAC will create awareness and drive and implement change. The position is responsible for driving transformation progress by helping service teams to execute change and is thereby also responsible for the success of the Service Transformation program within this geography. The successful candidate brings an understanding of the latest service & support strategies and technologies and will collaborate with Global Service teams and local organizations to develop and execute change management plans.

Responsibilities:


The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for delivering on business transformation strategy and vision, including development and execution of program roadmap forAPAC
  • Accountable for delivery of business outcomes, management of risk mitigation activities and communication of program status
  • Manage business transformation within geography and optimize value delivered
  • Accountable for linking service business transformation to field productivity and efficiency gain. Build, report and publish leading indicators to maximize field effectiveness.
  • Enable successful program delivery/adoption through planning & deployment of comprehensive change management tactics
  • Manage the program within geography ensuring awareness, communication and mitigation of critical risks factors (e.g. resource requirements, compliance, business impact)
  • Develop and ensure timely execution of transformation program plan within APAC to meet program goals
  • Coordinate and communicate all program activities and status with local/regional business managers and Global Service Transformation Director
  • Monitor and report KPIs for program/project success
  • Leverage and promote industry best practices
  • Participate in Project Management activities for portfolio of program related projects
  • Ensure alignment across different areas of the enterprise and throughout cross functional work streams
  • Liaise with Commercial Operations to drive/deploy our new common CRM platform and anticipate future service needs appropriate to development of new markets
Qualifications:

The successful candidate is likely to have the following background and competencies:

Education:

  • Minimum BS in Technolgy or Business Field


Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading international functions and change management activities
  • In-depth international experience within the Service Organization.
  • Proven track record of driving change and the ability to influence various levels of leadership within a multi-cultural matrix environment
  • Knowledge of service strategies, as well as broad base business and financial acumen


Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Has a strong transformational leadership background
  • Ability to collaborate and to manage multiple non-connected projects and prioritize time/activities
  • Has a strong customer focus and capability to balance stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with focus on execution
  • Effective collaboration and networking skills
  • Drives vision and purpose, with a global, strategic, analytical and innovative mindset

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & especially, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written),


Other requirements:

  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 40%)
