JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an automotive car detailing and car wash business that works with mid to high end cars. We are expanding and are looking for someone to handle all of our front of house activities.

We are looking for someone that is:

Your role will include:

  • Greeting customers in store
  • Taking payments
  • Organising the employee roster
  • Making bookings/scheduling jobs
  • General admin tasks
  • Picking up the phone and answering customer questions
  • General customer support enquiries

Preferred qualities:

  • Previous customer support experience
  • Previous front desk experience

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $61,463.00 – $75,121.00 per year
