INEA YMCA is looking for energetic and fun people to join our birthday parties program. Our program provides active and engaging parties to children of all ages in our stadium space at the Kensington Y, and in our Gymnastics space at Mega Courts Indoor Sports, Windsor Gardens. YMCA, including Boards of Directors, is committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People framework. YMCA requires that all applicants undergo satisfactory screening prior to commencement, including but not limited to:

· a national criminal history check;

· an international criminal history check where applicants have worked overseas;

· holding or obtaining a DCSI/WWCC in accordance with state laws;

· Three reference checks.

Any successfully appointed applicant will be required to adhere to the Safeguarding Children and Young People framework, which includes a thorough safeguarding children and young people induction and committing to upholding the safety and wellbeing of children and young people throughout their engagement with YMCA.

Essential Requirements:

· DCSI Working with Children Screen / WWCC (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

· Willingness to complete ACF Safeguarding Children and Young People training

· Provision of three professional referees

· High levels of motivation and enthusiasm

Preferred:

· Gymsports Qualification

· Background/experience in any of the following sports:

o Soccer

o Basketball

o Netball

o Badminton

o Table Tennis

o Volleyball

Part-time hours: 2-8 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: Up to $26.53 per hour
