have partnered with the team behind a growing family run boutique bottle shop in Mornington, stocking unique products, made on the Mornington peninsula. With its homely feel and design, customers can enjoy local products on site or can purchase these products on site. The team behind this venue are looking to expand to the next level with a crew friendly and approachable staff.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day bar operations as well as staff with evening and weekend work required. You will be a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in the bar, while schmoozing the guests and generally being an awesome person and a team player!

• At least 3 years experience in a bar
• Weekend availability and Willingness to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, and some late nights but not super late! 
• Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks.
• Fluent written and verbal skills 
• Willingness to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team and lead by example.
• Want to work long term with an outstanding employer.
• RSA essential
• Point of sale software knowledge
• Previous experience working at higher-end restaurant bars a bonus
