Job Description:
Preferably at least 3 + years’ experience as a migration agent/ Lawyer/ solicitor dealing with family law, employer sponsored migration, general skilled migration, business migration, family migration and citizenship application
Providing prompt and accurate advice to a high standard on migration matters, preparing and lodging visa applications and supporting documentation across a range of visa subclasses ensuring that the process runs smoothly
Must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation and end-to-end file management
Closing leads, be responsible for maintaining up-to-date client records and Code of Conduct compliant files
Must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by mail to ensure that the client is suitable
Must ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents
Must prepare all fee quotes, client agreement form and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high-volume practice and to work under pressure and in urgent circumstances either alone or as a member of a team and to take responsibility for matters and work with limited supervision
Ability to innovate and contribute to business improvement
Must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment dealing with a high volume of cases
Confident liaising with clients from diverse backgrounds
Also need to train the staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfil their roles to a high level
High level time management skills and able to think outside the square
Excellent written and verbal skills and fluent English
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Assist with company marketing campaigns and participate in the events and seminars locally and overseas
Prepare Material for social media marketing and website updates
You will be responsible for end-to-end file management of visa applications lodged with the Department of Home Affairs and merits review applications before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

EDUCATION COUNSELLOR: 5 positions (3 Melbourne, 1 Brisbane, 1 Adelaide )
Promote Elixir Group partner institutions and their courses to students in an ethical and professional manner
Communicate with partner institutions about students’ application or enquiries in a professional manner.
Actively build up student and partner network
Be proactive in researching marketing trends, building team’s marketing strategy, and contributing marketing ideas
Be actively engaged in marketing activities to recruit students for the team and company
Counselling and collaborating effectively and professionally with students, parents, partner institutions, the Government and all industry-related organisations.
Analyse prospective students’ applications based on standard admission policies
Process ap­plications for international students including ELICOS, VET, TAFE and University applications
Process students’ course-related requests including extension, deferral, cancellations, or other general enquiries.
Maintain proper and comprehensive records and documentations as per EIECS system
Update application process and school updates to managers and Education Counsellors
Other tasks as directed.
Details – Education Counsellor
We are looking for staff to work with students from India, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Candidates who were born and grew up in one of these countries and/or have a deep understanding of its culture are preferred. Fluent in English and a second language from one of these countries is beneficial.
