SCD American Vehicles is an importer and remanufacturer of American Vehicles located in
Northern Brisbane suburbs. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven & disciplined sales
professional to manage our Sales and Marketing divisions.


The team at SCD American Vehicles strive to provide an unbeatable level of service to our
customers at all levels of the dealership.


Our young and vibrant Directors will work closely with you to ensure you are well supported
managing the Sales Operations.


SCD American Vehicles Is the leading importer and supplier of the DT model RAM and
Dodge Challenger series. Be a part of this vibrant & growing Australian business.


We want an industry performer who has a strong understanding of the current American
Vehicle market. We are looking for a driven professional who can take the sales and brand
to the next level.


Your tasks will involve
• Managing the whole sales operation in the company and dealership Network:
• Consultant with the CEO and CFO to set future sales estimates and then devise strategies to meet those set targets
• Consult with Dealers to set their sales targets and ensure targets are met
• Manage local sales team and KPIs for all sales representatives
• Establish and maintain a customer feedback system and CRM for the company and ensure that the feedback is incorporated and the product range is continuously improved
• Liaise with the operations, advertising, accessory, service and manufacturing departments to ensure marketing campaigns are executed and sales targets are met.
• Manage execution and strategy of our marketing contracts.
• Negotiate and maintain quarterly review of contracts with marketing subcontractors and approve all outgoing marketing materials,
• Analyse the market conditions and competitor action and make changes in the sales strategies accordingly.
• Expand the strategic partnerships of the company to offer the products in new markets demanding various American vehicle models.
• Report to senior management regarding all sales of the company through the local site and the dealerships
