Salary: $56,000 + super 

Currently seeking an ERP Application Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical system administration, maintenance and support with SNOOZE’s current ERP (Pronto) system, database infrastructure and current Windows Server operating systems, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange Online, as well as providing general operational assistance on all IT matters.


  • Analyse, install, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications. This includes our ERP system (Pronto Software), system administration and data management of MSQL and MsQL databases, server infrastructure, Snooze CRM, Snooze Portal, Snooze Profiler, Qlikview (data reporting tool)
  • Provide Pronto Support for functional areas of Pronto
  • System Administration of Pronto ERP
  • Resolve technical issues for a wide range of technology, systems and applications
  • Translate user requirements into functional technology solutions by analyzing computer business systems processes & procedures and implementing best practices for supportability and system performance to meet client needs.
  • Create user guides and manuals for our clients, assist them in understanding the product and conduct training sessions
  • Monitor the security and health of computer systems and troubleshoot reported issues. Ensure preventative maintenance of backups and secure integrity of the systems, which includes responding to security alerts
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify, log and document all client incidents and requests in line with defined standards.
  • Exposure to multiple Linux Variants in order to update and maintain systems
  • Provide accurate information on IT product and services to our clients. Accountable for providing excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders and determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer
  • Ensure that all changes are completed in line with Snooze change and release management processes
  • Follow project management methodologies to develop project plans and manage projects by keeping in mind the cost, timelines and resources. Consult with relevant teams to ensure project guidelines are being followed.
  • Prepare test plans for software updates to ensure the software functions as expected when it is released.

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years experience in Pronto as an administrator & user
  • 2 + years experience in a similar position
  • Extensive knowledge in Pronto partner software such as Trueforms
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in Virtual Machines, scripting such as PowerShell, and Linux configuration and to support and maintain our customize systems (such as Profiler, Pump Box, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 Collaboration suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) and their administration (Server, SCCM, Exchange, AD, 0365 etc.) is required.
  • Experience in configuring, implementing & troubleshooting IT Infrastructure 

Customer service

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent documentation skills and detail orientated.


  • Provide assistance on other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Technology Operations Manager
