Are you a self-motivated individual who has a strong interest in financial services and financial markets? This is a rare opportunity for you join an established Compliance Control Room function which manages the firm’s information barriers, conflicts of interest & substantial shareholding disclosures as well as providing advisory and compliance oversight to Macquarie’s institutional research division.
We would expect you to have a tertiary qualifications in one or more of commerce, finance, economics, law or other similar fields and ideally have previous compliance or customer services experience and a strong analytical capability, attention to detail and a pragmatic approach.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
