Systems officer with strong experience in supporting Active Directory Architecture with knowledge of Azure Cloud & PKI administration & management.

Requirements of the position

• Maintain system performance to meet user demands
• Be involved in projects to onboard new customers and services to directory platforms
• Ensure operational procedures and tasks are performed reliably and consistently to reduce risk
• Be informed around emerging technologies from the market and evaluate new directory solutions
• Train/mentor other members to be able to resolve complex directory service-related issues
• Prepare reports and documents about performance of IT Service Delivery technical issues

Skills that are needed

• Extensive Experience in enterprise directory environments - Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory
• Active Directory Services Native Support & Native support tools (PowerShell, AGPM, Native DNS)
• PKI Migration experience
• Quest - AD Quest tools
• Cloud skills highly regarded ** - Azure, Ansible, AWS
• Knowledge/Experience in Certificate Services, Directory Delegation, Disaster Recovery, Directory/Server auditing and scripting using PowerShell.
• Strong experience/qualifications in supporting Identity Management Solutions
• Strong communication skills with management, vendors, partners and customers both internal and external.
