Exciting opportunity to provide records management support to a State Government department.


Your new company
An opportunity has arisen to join a State Government department on a temporary basis, providing records management assistance to a team.

Your new role
As an experienced records officer you will be responsible for taking on a range of records management duties, in which will support the workflow of a busy team. Your duties will include:

  • Managing Records according to organisational policies and procedures
  • Utilise Records management software when managing records
  • Classification and indexing of corporate and client records
  • Creation, Maintenance and deletion of records and files
  • Assist with reports, research and project management at times when required.


What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role within State Government is essential for a successful application. You will also have experience in the following:

  • Providing high-level records management assistance to a team.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent Attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Prior knowledge of records management software
