A well known company, seeking an experienced Team Leader to coordinate their Payroll team in their Coffs Harbour Location.

  • Lead an established team of 5 + Payroll Officers

  • Weekly payroll between 200 to 1800 staff
  • Extensive Data Entry as the process is manual entry

What you'll need to succeed
  • Advanced Skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with Preceda advantageous
  • High Attention to detail
  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • Strong communication Skills- both written and verbal
  • Team Player, with the ability to lead from the front
  • Previous Managerial Skills are essential
