Accounts Administrator, Permanent role, Part-time 3 days a week, North Shore

Your new company
This company is a growing company within the mining industry who is looking to expand their finance team. They are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join their team.

Your new role
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices
  • Allocating Expenses
  • Processing payments & credit card expenditure,
  • Monthly bank reconciliations

As well as having a focus on accounts duties there will also be office administration duties involved in the role such as:
  • diary management,
  • travel management (which for us is largely liaising with a flight centre consultant),
  • stationary orders

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful with in this role you will have experience using Xero and strong Excel skills. You will also have experience working within an Accounts Payable and office administration environment.
