The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Group Business Director | Medical Education Director (GBD|MED) to join our team based in beautiful Pyrmont. As our GBD you'll provide strategic council to one of Orchards top Clients. This is a hybrid role with traditional GBD responsibilities, but also requires the ability to look for opportunities where you can integrate medical education projects and offerings with existing clients and new business across the agency.

This role requires the GBD|MED to lead, and in some instances, be the driver of the medical

education projects within the agency. The GBD|MED must be confident to step into projects and

provide leadership, whilst up-skilling and empowering the team to ensure the best possible client experience and outcome. To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable across online and offline campaigns and bring strong strategic and organisational skills, unparalleled leadership and team building abilities.

What you can bring

• 6–10 years traditional marketing and Rx healthcare advertising experience
• Strong background in Medical Education
• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
• A passion for digital marketing, and proven ability to develop sound marketing strategies
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven ability of working within a team
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong financial management skills
