Our client is interested in hiring an energetic and results driven Channel/Business Manager based in Sydney to focus on New Business acquisition across their Pharmaceutical channel. If you have experience within the Pharmaceutical Packaging space this role is for you!

Our client is a mid-size Australian business specialising in integrated packaging solutions for a wide range of clients spread across the Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Fresh Produce space. Our client manufacture and import products to service their diverse range of customers across Australia, they pride themselves in offering exceptional service to all their clients through their years of packaging expertise. You probably have some of our clients packaging at home right now.

They are interested in meeting candidates with proven expertise in B2B selling with a focus on new business growth and Pharmaceutical packaging experience. Your pro-active nature will help you thrive within this well-established Australian business that focuses on being innovative, committed and customer focused.

Description

  • Increased penetration into market verticals
  • Implement national customer servicing model and uniform message to the market
  • Increased customer engagement
  • Professional business planning with our Tier 1 customers
  • Drive for new business
  • Increased share of wallet and margins with Tier 1 and 2 customers
  • Direct and control of the Sales, team to achieve maximum sales and profitability in new and existing customers

Profile

  • 3+ years of holding a similar level role with strong history of sales success.
  • A core competency in customer insight and solution selling.
  • Experience Development and implementation of marketing, sales and category strategies to effectively execute the launch of new products
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and high conversion success rates are essential.
  • A good understanding of selling into Pharmaceutical channels.
  • Strong negotiation skills with high levels of motivation.
  • Competence with CRM and IT including the Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong project management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.

Job Offer
