We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management team based at either our Glenelg office.


This is a role that you can really bring your best self to and combine your passion for property with your superior communication and exceptional client service skills.

There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. Within our fast paced and innovative environment, on any given day, you will be…

  • Attending inspections – routines, opens, in-goings and outgoings
  • Arranging maintenance of properties as required
  • Providing value add services for both landlord and tenant
  • Timely and professional communication with clients
  • Negotiating the letting of property and renewal of tenancies
  • Arrears control, invoice management, and end of month compliance
  • Training and development of team members

There are a few things that you will need to demonstrate to be set up for success in this role. We are a rapidly growing business with a big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you are licensed and:

  • have at least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager
  • are IT savvy and able to quickly pick up new systems
  • thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • enjoy structure, systems and processes
  • are passionate about continuous growth and development both personally and professionally
