Varied role supporting trades workshop. An integral part of the state workshop process that can add value to the National organisation.
- Full-time permanent (Monday - Friday)
- Woolloongabba based
- Service Reception & Administration
The Opportunity:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for workshop related tasks. TAXITECH are the exclusive Automotive workshop to 13cabs, Australia’s biggest Network Service Provider. The role will predominantly cover Brisbane and the greater area but also has minor interactions up and down the Queensland Coast and inland. As the receptionist, you will be tasked with all administrative workshop needs encompassed in turning a boring stock car into an exciting, safe and reliable taxi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and booking calendar management.
- Workshop staff coordination, collaboratively with Team Leader.
- Stock & asset management using CRM systems.
- Invoicing and minor billing duties.
- Multi-Site data collection.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Mail duties, Sending/receiving/recording.
- Office supply management.
- Pay approval using Human force (training offered).
- Performing Ad-hoc admin duties.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Business Admin.
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years' experience as an Automotive Service Receptionist highly regarded
- Customer-focused.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organisational skills.
- Exceptional multitasker
- Friendly and approachable.
- Previous automotive workshop experience highly regarded.
