Role: Training Coordinator

The Role:

You will be part of IECL’s Operation Team, who are primarily based in Sydney, Australia. The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional project and administrative support for programs across the region.

You will work closely with our sales team, facilitators, clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of projects from start to finish. You are a doer who loves detail and in-depth organisation.

This is a busy role which requires serious planning and juggling skills to manage multiple projects of varying complexity. This role is not just about organising and delegating, you will be responsible for doing much of the doing too! As IECL evolves, your experience and expertise will be drawn on to help improve processes internally and for our clients.

This is a great role for a recent graduate or someone early in their training coordinator career

Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end management of 1:1 coaching engagements and other leadership programs
  • Enter project details and financials into the CRM and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure ongoing changes to projects are reflected accurately in a timely manner
  • Establish timelines and responsibilities for self and others
  • Be a key point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate program design and production of materials
  • Develop participant communications: email communications, prework, feedback
  • Oversee project logistics: travel requirements, venue logistics, post and couriers, liaising with client on-site contacts
  • Liaise with facilitators on project contracts, briefings, program design, and feedback
  • Accurate tracking of project income and expenses
  • Client invoicing
  • Create client reports including feedback and evaluation reports
  • Create ad hoc reports from various data sources
  • Assist with pulling together information for tenders, RFQs and RFIs
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and IECL Associates
  • Keep abreast of industry news and utilise this to educate yourself and build relationships with clients

Secondary responsibilities

  • Participate in ad hoc internal projects as required
  • Ongoing review of processes and process improvement

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Essential

  • Ability to effectively operate with a high workload with tight deadlines, time-pressures, and changing priorities
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Capability to work unsupervised and remotely
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Intermediate to advanced Google G Suite skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Well-developed financial acumen skills

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Essential

  • Completion of relevant qualification/degree e.g. Business, Human Resource Management, Certificate IV in Project Management
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience undertaking similar tasks and responsibilities

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in the coaching industry or learning and development
