We are looking for a progressive, driven and passionate HR professional to join our team based in Notting Hill

The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist who will join the People & Culture team based in our Notting Hill office for a 6 month contract.

This exciting and newly created role will see you partner with a portfolio of stakeholders to deliver best practice, commercially focused human resource solutions. Reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture, this role provides generalist advice with a key focus on employee relations, business partnership, industrial relations, wellbeing and culture, as well as supporting our current People & Culture Business Partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with a variety of business leaders to deliver people management solutions that drive business performance
  • Coach, train and advise managers in the implementation of HR strategy, policies, processes and industrial instruments to continuously improve on employee’s leadership and management skills
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Assist with the performance review process, development and talent management of employees
  • Provide support and coverage to our People & Culture Business Partners

Additionally you are/possess

  • Previous experience within a HR advisory role is essential, with a strong emphasis on employee relations experience
  • Experience within a blue collar industry will be highly regarded
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including core competencies of consulting and advising on a range of HR issues
  • A driven individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with an acute attention to detail
