  • have phenomenal communication and relationship building skills as you will be managing and influencing senior partners and leaders as well as the students you're attracting to the roles
  • be managing relationships and commitments to university partners, including attraction events, careers fairs and presentations
  • design and deliver the Clerk and Graduate orientation and development programs in partnership with our Talent Development team
  • be the key point of contact for HR queries for the Clerk and Graduate cohorts
  • partner with the business to provide advice and guidance and ensure you are continuously looking for ways to improve and enhance the Clerkship and Graduate offering
