The role of Showroom Sales Assistant help to ensure a smooth sales process and represent Harvey Norman with strong customer service and communication skills.

Please note this position is based in our Nowra Office.

Responsibilities

• Make showroom appointments
• Product selection.
• Finalise Quotations and send to clients for approval
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Liaise with architects and designers and builders
• Attend product training with suppliers and participate in trade nights when required.
• Customer service calls
• Pursuing debtors as required
• Return of cancelled orders to suppliers
• Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom when required
• Meet Harvey Norman uniform attire. (Harvey Norman business shirts supplied)
• Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department
