JOB DESCRIPTION
Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of goods & services to project builders, developers, architects and the mining industry. Our clients depend upon Harvey Norman Commercial to supply the best range, the best service and the best prices.
The role of Showroom Sales Assistant help to ensure a smooth sales process and represent Harvey Norman with strong customer service and communication skills.
Please note this position is based in our Nowra Office.
Responsibilities
- Make showroom appointments
- Product selection.
- Finalise Quotations and send to clients for approval
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Liaise with architects and designers and builders
- Attend product training with suppliers and participate in trade nights when required.
- Customer service calls
- Pursuing debtors as required
- Return of cancelled orders to suppliers
- Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom when required
- Meet Harvey Norman uniform attire. (Harvey Norman business shirts supplied)
- Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department
