How will I help?
If there’s one thing that BankSA values above all others, it’s someone who genuinely cares about customers and likes achieving results. This team is growing fast so there are two posiitons available.

The Industry Business Banking Team delivers total financial solutions to business clients, which predominately comprises of funding requirements to assist with investment and development transactions. These business clients are serviced by an integrated relationship banking model with direct access to a Portfolio Management team. The teams mainly comprise of a dedicated Relationship Director, Relationship Manager, Senior Account Executive and Account Executives, supported by the Bank's product specialists and a Business Banking Operations team.

You will assist the Relationship Manager to professionally manage an allocated portfolio of agricultural business accounts and to maintain and promote a sound working relationship with clients. You will also provide financial analysis of existing and new commercial accounts, prepare proposals and submissions. In addition, support is provided in taking a transaction from start to finish whilst also meeting the Bank’s compliance requirements.

These functions are necessary to assist the Relationship Manager in providing excellent client service, enhance the Group's profitability and protect the Bank's assets and liabilities.

The BSA Agribusiness team delivers total financial solutions to both on farm and post farm gate agribusiness clients, which predominately comprises of lending requirements to assist with investment and acquisition transactions.

What will I need?
Good analytical and communication skills are a pre-requisite in order to effectively deal with the portfolio's business clients. You will have an interest in Agribusiness and the banking and financial services with a willingness to grow and progress to become a leader. You will be degree qualified and have plenty of drive to deliver a standout customer experience. You’ll know your way around Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT and have the confidence to juggle multiple jobs at the same time.
