JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work for one of the leading Commercial Real Estate Agencies in Melbourne!
  • Inner Suburbs of Melbourne Location
  • $70,000 - $80,000 + Super depending on experience

THE CLIENT
Our Client is a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Agency, known for providing end-to-end property solutions as well as having a commitment to delivering first class service to all of their valued clients in prime locations. Situated in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. 

THE ASSIGNMENT
Within this role, you will be managing a wide range of administrative, executive assistant, and marketing support-related tasks. You will be reporting to the director of the agency. 

  • Provide administrative support to Asset Managers and Leasing Agents
  • Diary management and organization of schedule for directors
  • Liaise with service providers and help desks for office, computer or technology issues
  • Preparing of sales and lease submissions
  • Prepare marketing schedules/quotes
  • Identify and collate comparable sale and leasing information for the subject property
  • Create and maintain CRM database including buyer enquiry lists and pipeline lists
  • Request contract of sale/vendor statement and section 27 statements from vendors solicitors
  • Coordinate sales and leasing marketing campaigns
  • Auction day procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and planning skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Adobe Design experience highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience assisting management and staff with daily office administrative procedures
  • Marketing experience necessary
  • A current real estate registration - desirable
