About you and the role

As Guardians Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the broader marketing team to deliver best practice marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, PR and Internal Communications. 

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience you’ll also enjoy;

  • Project management of creative and content to be used across all internal and external channels
  • Developing and executing Guardian content and creative in Organic Social and Search channels
  • Implementing SEO agency recommendations as well as regularly monitoring SEO performance and actioning changes as required.
  • Using Google Analytics to develop relevant reporting around website traffic, competitor activity and channel attribution
  • Managing and reporting on Paid Digital activity to deliver quality tours to Centres
  • Coordinating all UX / UI initiatives for the website
  • Working with the Head of Content to develop Guardian’s content and communications strategy to build best in-class content into every aspect of the family / employee journey
  • Coordinating PR/Media materials to enhance the profile of the Guardian Group
  • Owning support office and Centres utilization of Workspace
  • Reporting on all marketing and business KPI’s through content and communication strategies
  • Event Management and community programs support as required
  • Management of marketing presentations as required
  • Using social listening to identify consumer behaviour and leverage insight, identify trends, channel trends and report back with key learnings and suggestions to optimise accordingly;

You will be joining a fun and hardworking team who care deeply about the impact they have on the business and the people who are at its heart. You’ll also have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role 
  • Tertiary qualifications preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • Exceptional stakeholder and agency management skills
  • Experience working in faced-paced and dynamic digital content environment
  • Experience using Google Analytics for reporting and analysis
  • Experience using platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Wordpress, and Workplace
  • Solid time management coupled with an ability to multitask
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good understanding of current digital trends and emerging technologies
  • Ambition and fun with an aptitude for learning new things
