About the Role

The Resource Planning Coordinator will join the Linx team. This position will be responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of site attendances/restoration assessments/make safe requirements of restoration and construction claims. Including liaising with our staff technicians, external trade subcontractors, insurance company staff and assessors as well as the property owners. The Resource Planning Coordinator acts as a point of contact for site attendances/restoration assessments/make safe requirements for staff technicians, external trade subcontractors, insurance company staff and assessors, policy holders, project coordinators, and any other stakeholders.

Key activities (include but are not limited to the following):

  • Scheduling all restoration and construction jobs with our staff technicians and external contractors as required.

  • Scheduling all restoration and construction jobs with in-house plumbers, estimator/supervisor, virtual estimators, insurance company staff and assessors.

  • Issuing purchase orders to the technicians and plumbers

  • Liaising with project coordinators and assisting with administrative tasks when required
  • Strong focus on external and internal KPIs and client service level agreements
  • Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates

Key Professional Skills and Qualifications (the following skills and experience are desirable):

  • Experience with scheduling and/or insurance repairs is highly desirable
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and outcome focused
  • Ability to act independently and multi-task
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication

Due to our business being heavily weather related and linked closely to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required as part of the role during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
